INTRODUCTION
Organisational principles and theory may be defined to set of interrelated ideas which
elaborates behaviour of humans and organizations who interacts with one another for
development of key practices which might be meant to perform accomplish key targets and
objectives (Banerjee, 2017). It assists in figuring out styles together with systems used for fixing
business entity's problems, assembly stakeholder’s expectancies in addition to maximising
efficiency. Similarly, organisational exercise refers to moves addition to behaviours of workforce
which controls their functioning. This project will include example of Apple company which is
an American multinational technology company which is a consumer electronics software and
online services. The headquarters of Apple company are located in Capertino, California United
States. The company was founded in the year 1976 and its founded by Steve Jobs. This report
will cover key management style which is adopted by CEO of Apple company in order to
accomplish key targets. The project will cover motivational strategies which are important for
overall growth and key steps which are taken by CEO of Apple.

TASK
Analyse and comment on the effectiveness of the managerial / leadership style of the CEO using
suitable theoretical models.
The management style is considered as key way to develop business operations and
management. Style of management is called to a selected manner wherein managers move for
reaching enterprise objectives. Managerial Grid Model is a key control framework propounded
via way of means of Robert R. Blake along side Jane Mouton. The managerial version is
represented as grid which include issues for manufacturing and issues for staff and their solution
(Biedermann, 2021). Through managerial grid version, control patterns followed via way of
means of Tim Cook to manipulate Apple company are explained below:
Improvised Management style: With this type of management style, supervisor holds
very low for its personnel and overall performance of agency. In case with Tim Cook,
operating with control style can cause now no longer emphasising on growing motivation
along side creating operating surroundings for manpower.
Country Club management style: It is referred to as accommodating control style in
which supervisor have obligation for controlling the ineffective working techniques and
developing focused business environment. In relevance to Tim Cook adoption of the
following management style. This also helps in development of a strong bond based
relationship with key employees of company.
Produce management style: This style is considered as an authoritarian control fashion
that includes managers trust that personnel must have an effect on whole business
productiveness. If example of Tim Cook is considered, the application of this
management style enables in making plans all jobs addition to executing them
systematically (Bourne, Melnyk, and Bititci, 2018). In an organisation employees could
have big issues for obligations in addition to awareness extra on productiveness in any
respect times.
Team management style: It is considered as most widely used management style
wherein a supervisor can develop big awareness on employees and manufacturing. In
context to Tim Cook, the preferance operating the whole company after taking assistance
of this style in order to encourage dedication addition to teamwork amongst personnel.
