Leadership is an important function of management that is dedicated
towards maximising efficiency of operations.
Through adoption of proper managerial techniques leaders and
managers of the organisation are benefited with better productivity of
the operational firm.

Importance of teams while performing in today's competitive markets
can't be ignored by managers of the business firm.
Giving team efforts towards completion of a business task ensures

Tuckman's team development theory is taken into consideration.
By use of Tuckman's model managers of the firm can avoid wastages
