Formal process In order to seek feedback from
clients the formal way is to conduct
surveys. When the feedback is taken
from the client, the clients can be
handed over a sheet with some
questions and what the experience
they have when the service is
provided to them. In the case of

does the repairing person reached
on time? How was his behaviour?
