Introduction
Service user groups can be defined as a group of individuals who are in quest of
some desire or need. These individuals are gaining services in relation to their
health status from a range of service providers. Gained services in this context are
related to the process of making the health of this population better. This
presentation is basically focusing on the service group of old age people. Age is
one of the protected characteristic laid down in Equality act, 2010. This age group
is categorised by those individuals who have age of 65 or above this mark. This
age group people have several needs.
