profession. For example, new technology assists HR to improve their decision that helps to
enhanced business operations. Further, by conducting primary research i.e. Interview assists that
starting career from this industry helps to grab new opportunities as well. Moreover, there are
many skills which HR professionals required i.e. communication, leadership, organizing and
time management. Along with this, having compensation & benefits and laws related knowledge
is also essential for the professionals in order to run in effective manner.
