Summary of the experience and findings
At the initial stage, I gained an insight into the topic of contract cheating. In this stage,
I learnt about the means of literature review. As a matter of specification, I learnt about the
process of conducting critical analysis of the scholarly reviews. This process helped me to
assess the effectiveness of my thinking skills and judgmental capabilities. As a sequential
step, I learnt about the ways in which methodology needs to be conducted. In this stage, the
activities, which I performed were data collection and analysis. Here, I gained an insight into
the process of selecting the samples through the criterion of probability basis. In the process
of analysis, I learnt about the techniques of preparing survey questionnaires, tables, charts
and graphs for analysing the responses of the samples. In this stage, I got the assistance of the
experts, which helped in upgrading my knowledge about the preparing action plans in excel
sheets. After this, I discussed my learning with the experts, which helped me to assess the
effectiveness of my performance in terms of conducting conflict resolution and problem
solving techniques. I felt that the sessions on synthesizing the facts proved to be effective for
deducing relevant conclusions. This training seemed to be beneficial in terms of imbibing the
importance of the self-organizational skills. As a result of this, I achieved assistance about
evaluating the effectiveness of the performance according to the Gibbs reflective cycle.
