I have learned to understand the effective way of how to apply for the jobs as I have
looked for the various employers and their recruiting methods so that I can give my best
performance for the job interview in the future. I have learned the various skills that
helped me in understanding that what does the employer look for in the employee when
he is recruiting a person for any job. I watched the various videos and asked the
employers for their tips so that I can understand the requirements that I will be able to
fulfil. I learnt to follow the ethics of applying for the jobs and various factors that is
required to be understood.
I have also learned on the day that how to draft a CV so that when I am creating my CV I
will not make the mistake that can lead to the rejection of my resume. I have learnt the
various techniques that can be used for drafting an attractive CV so that it can attract the
employer at the first look. This helped me in preparing a professional resume that can
present me as the knowledgable and the skilful person. The drafting was learnt after
collecting the various information so that I can use the information and create a
professional looking resume.

I was being asked by a person that he is in the need of a successful business plan that can
help him in achieving the success in his business and operations. I have used the various
information that I had learned from the various sources that has helped me in drafting the
successful plan for that person. Their business idea was of the organic soaps that can be
used by both the adults and for the children. I have drafted the business plan that
included the various aspects.
Description of the product- Organic herbal soaps that can be used by the adults
and the kids.
Aim- To provide the people with better and effective skin care products
Mission- To earn profit by selling the beneficial products to the customers.
Marketing strategies- marketing the product on the social media so that it can

The controlling and monitoring- Made the controlling and monitoring strategies by

The business plan was very attractive and it was appreciated by the person. He liked the

audience. I was happy to help the person and after getting appreciation I have gained the
confidence that I will be able to provide the better solutions for the problems that can
arise during the operations and the projects that can be allotted to me.

I have attended the digital classes so that I will be able to learn and develop the various
digital skills that can be helpful for me in achieving the efficiency in my performance. I
have attended the classes with my friends and each class was for more than 1 hour. In the
class I have learnt the various uses of digital technologies in the day to day operations of
my life. This helped me in understanding the value of digital resources that they can be
very useful in the life of a person. I implemented the use of technologies in my life by
making the use of more digital resources that have been already provided to me. I started
to improve my performance by making the use of various resources. I have used the
method of taking online classes for business development from the institute that was not
close and easily reachable by me. I have followed the ethics by having discipline in
attending the classes so that I will be able to gain the complete information that is
required. I took the online classes that helped me in gaining information and improving
my skills and develop the various abilities that can help me in my day to day operations.
Field note 4 Date: 30/11/2019
On this day I was not feeling to study or take classes as I was lacking the motivation that made me
to skip the classes for business development. I felt that my interest is decreasing from the classes,
and I was not finding it interesting any more to attend the class. My parents saw this that I am
wasting my time and not attending the classes, and they asked me that why I am not taking the
class. I told them I am not interested to attend the class any more. They took me to the garden
where the children were playing and gave me an example of the kid that the kid is afraid before
playing on the slide but after getting motivated by his parents he slides without any fear and the
kid enjoyed it. This activity made me understand the value of motivation that when we motivate
someone in effective manner than the person can achieve the success in their operation. This
motivated me to attend the classes from the next day and I attended the classes with full
dedication so that I can gain knowledge and use it to solve the problems that can come into my
day to day operations.

Field note 5 Date: 5/12/2019
As a team I have worked on the social care for the street dogs of my city. I have made a team with
my friends, and we have performed the various social activities for the betterment of street dogs
of our city. The activity that we have performed was to build the shelters for the street dogs so
that they are not required to sleep on the streets at night. In the activity me and my friends have
worked together and built the shelters at the public place where the dogs can take shelter so that
they are provided with the protection during the rain which can make the dogs sick and cause
problems to their health. I followed the ethic of behaving nicely with each other and help each
other in their work so that we can perform better as a team. The activity required the co-
ordination between me and my friends as building the shelter can take efforts of more than one

The innovative behaviour of the employees can make the successful impact on the
organizations as it provides the better and improved employee efficiency. I have the skills
of adapting the working styles based on the situation and the place and can perform
better and effectively on the operations that are being allotted to me (Moore, 2018). This
is because I have the effective skills of adopting the environment and make my working
strategies according to it. I have the experience of various working styles and behaviours
as I have worked at the different organizations that have helped me in improving my
working behaviour and styles. An example can be given that I have the effective skills of
managing the tasks and projects that have been allotted to me. I can manage the work in
the given time and with the use of my full efforts. The concept of innovative behaviour
can help in understanding that I do not have any new skills but the skills that I have is
effective enough to help in achieving the successful growth in my career (Work style,
2022). This helped me in achieving the confidence that I can handle the tasks and the
projects with effectiveness and full dedication.

an expert in decision making as I lack the effectiveness and activeness that is required while
making decisions. I depend on the decisions that has been already made. I have always used and
valued the ethics that can be reflected in my working types and innovative behaviour. I
give importance to the various aspects of the ethics and use them as the important tool
that can help in performing effectively on my day to day operations. The theory of ethical
decision making can help in understanding that I can fill the gaps with the work and
operations that can be a result of ethics that has not been followed and is required to be
followed (Bolívar, 2020).
Dimension 3Workplace concepts: Culture and Cultural Diversity
The culture and the cultural diversity can play an important role in the successful
operations and effective performance of the employee in the organization as it makes the

arise in the day to day operations that has been allotted to me. The example can be given
that having the experience of the various work style helps me in understanding and
coming up with the effective solutions to the problems that I am required to face in the
