3EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS1.0 IntroductionI have chosen Human Resource management as my coursework and I aim for handlingthe issue related to the recruitment procedure for the employees, performance management,defining safety, wellness and benefits. The role that I have opted to perform in my initial days ofmy career is Human Resource Executive. In this business report, I will explain my experienceof attending two events- job fair and annual fest and how my sills of human resourcemanagement will help me to get the job that I am aspiring for. I will explain the details related tomy coursework and its benefits that I can get for the desired job.
