INTRODUCTION
Personnels plays a very crucial role within the company for enhancing growth and
profitability of firm. In the absence of human resource, firm can not accomplish the objective. It
is very important for management to manage and maintain employees in effective manner so as
they can effectively carry out their working (Hopkinson, 2014). In addition to this personal and
professional development of individual is very important by which company can enhance its
profitability. The present report is based on the personal and professional development of
individual. The systematic format of cover letter and CV has been also included in this report.

I am a team leader in Marketing Department in xyz company. Recently I met with Bill Jones
operation manager in Your company. He recommended that I bring this resume to your
attention. I would appreciate if you accepted this letter and the aforementioned resume as an
application for an intern position on your Marketing department team.
I have won various prices and appreciation awards in my previous job. In my previous job I was
working as a team leader in supportive team within company. As a team leader I have role to
develop an effective team and coordinate allotment among member for address objective. By
playing this role in the company I have learnt various skills, ability and capabilities. Apart from
that, due to my professional skill and talent, my previous manager gave several rewards and
appreciation certificates. Further, I have done MBA in Marketing subject in a recognised

university. I have done internship training in the retail sector company where I have improved
my knowledge and idea about the business and marketing. In the training session, I have learnt
about customer relationship management programs. In addition to that, I have also done
diploma in computer course by which I have improved my computer knowledge and skill. I
have handled various task and assignment in the marketing department by use of computer like
preparing daily sheet of activities, market research, customer relationship management etc. In
the previous job I was working as a team leader in supportive team within company. As a team
leader I have role to develop an effective team and coordinate allotment among member for
address objective. By playing this role in the company I have learnt various skills, ability and
capabilities. In order to solve the problem about conflicts in the team me member I have
adopted a systematic procedure. In this first stage, I have understood the actual issue and
problem among the team member and analyse the actual reason behind this conflict situation.
Apart from that I have also attended training which is designed to build the skill and experience
among the professionals in UNIQLO Company. I am interested to work in your company
because It is the one of fast retailing company which understand the people importance and
provides opportunities for their growth and professional development. I am interested in the
business manager role in the cited venture because this position will provide me various roles
such as an innovator, talent developer, program solver, business leader etc. In addition to this, I
have also found that cited venture is looking for people match our company values and who
above all, aspire to be true business managers. So I thought I would be suitable for this profile
and if your company will provide me this opportunity then I do not want to miss it. I am waiting
