Section 1: Recruitment trend
Nowadays organizations have learned and identified the potential impacts of keeping up
with the technological innovation to better their processes in human resource sector. With the
evolving technologies, it is essential for post graduates to look at some of the recruitment trends
that employers can leverage (Zel, 2019, pp.02). In this rationale, this section will present the AI
recruitment trends and strategies organization are deploying to identify the best candidates.
Many organizations utilize artificial intelligence for better matching during the interview
process. Employers, in many occasions overlook candidate’s deficiencies when they impulsively
like a certain candidate. They employ AI techniques including Natural language processing in
eliminating the candidates who may seem to be good but lack qualities and skills required the job
opportunity (Chhabra, and Ahuja, 2018, pp. 24-37; Hmoud and Laszlo, 2019, pp.21-30). They
also use other related applications including chatbots during the first stages of application to
evaluate the candidate’s responses.
Some organizations also use intermediate AI applications including simulations for
collecting information from potential candidates that meet the qualifications, tests and even
playing games. Gamification is one of the strategies that has been used by various companies for
hiring (Stone, Neely and Lengnick-Hall, 2018, pp. 13-42). The games sneakily evaluates the
qualifications for candidates including his relationship to risks, memory, and ability to focus and
his ability to read contextual cues. Managers use them to visualize whether a given candidate
exhibit a given qualifications. However, they do not focus on metrics of a given job.
Hiring managers also use advanced intelligence solutions including custom algorithms
created to relate the job metrics to a prospect employee that meet the job qualifications. Some of

these programs include video interviews that create questions that are programmed to capture
responses which meant to identify the right behavior of applicants. The AI application program
analyze the answers provided by the applicants including their tone, key words, and their body
motion.
In order for graduates to achieve their desired roles in the AI era, they must emphasize on
their key words in their cover letter and resumes that would be relevant for the position the
applicant is seeking. The AI demand that while doing application, we must write like human
beings and use a language that is easily understood. Additionally, this error demands that we
have contact information in our social media accounts develop and develop good profile in these
social media. Lastly, the AI error require the job seekers to get prepared for digital interview at
any time.
Section 2: My role and organization
My desired role is product manager and the organization I wish to work for is Mercedes
Corporate, a global automobile company and a division of Daimler. The organization is known
for manufacturing luxury vehicles, tracks and even buses.
Why I have chosen to be the product manager
I am convinced that this is the role that suits me best as it matches my career path, values
as well as capabilities. With the interest in the new releases in automobile industry I always have,
I am capable of demonstrating my responsibility to define the new release processes as well as
coordinating all activities that are required to bring new brands into the market as required of a
product manager.

Additionally, as every organization wants a better ideation especially in this particular
sector, I own the creative processes required to generate, develop, and curate new ideas. Up to
the level of my educational qualification and the knowledge I have gathered in product
management sector, I am can say that I have the potential to determine which idea should get
promoted into features to boost the product strategy.
I am the suitable candidate for this position because I always feel a deep sense of
responsibility and management in my duties. Moreover, developing great brands is invigorating,
successful brands are developed and consumed by customers only when a focused, committed,
and passionate team execute their duties to the best of their knowledge and abilities. This,
however, begins with a strong product manager with a deep sense of responsibility as I have
always shown in most of my daily activities.
Why I have chosen Mercedes Benz Organization
I have chosen this company because this is one of the most successful automobile
industry in the world. Mercedes organization is part of Daimler which one of the top bets
employers ever known in the world (Daimler, 2019). The organization employs over two
hundred thousand employees from various countries across the world. Mercedes corporate have
one of the most vibrant mix of cultures, values as well as reputation. The mission and vision of
Mercedes demonstrates their employees aspiration in a concise manner, they uphold what is
important for the organization’s success (Kirkpatrick, 2017, pp.87-101).
Moreover, the organization offer a worth noting opportunities in more than one hundred
and fifty countries across the world at over 8,000 locations. In addition to this, the organization
also support their employees with multitudinous programs for improving their careers. It is hard
