INTRODUCTIONMy health record is the project of The Commonwealth Government of Australia. In thisproject authorities are planning to keep records of patients electronically so that medicalprofessionals can provide quality care to patients as per their medical requirements (Rasmussen‐Torvik and et.al, 2014). Current assignment will discuss stakeholder mapping and interest ofstakeholders in the business. Furthermore, it will prepare questionnaire in order to get furtherdetails about environment, problem area. It will draw a case model for information system.
