Review organizations vision and mission by reviewing case study and
describe organization planning process by providing inputs wherever possible.
In order to successfully confirm the organizations Vision and Mission we must

The Vision and Mission statement of my project is to what my organization
would like to achieve or accomplish in the long term future
Vision Statement – The vision of the company is to respect the values of
the stakeholders and steward the organization into development of
professional and moral standards of conduct in a systematic manner.
Mission statement – The mission of the company is to open a number
of different coffee café’s in different parts of Australia including the like
of New South Wales. The main objective of the management of the
company is to incorporate innovation into the mission as because it
has been an important way to improve the efficiency of processes and
effectiveness of customer solutions has become a priority

whether it still encompasses all of the relevant activities of the organization
Current Approaches and practice
The major current approaches and practice to be completed by the
management of the business organization includes the likes of the;
a. Adhering to the professional and moral standards of the conduct
b. Commitment to the encouragement of the self-directed teams
c. Cultivation of business leadership
d. Commitment to different kinds of the business environmental practices
The maintenance of the following standards helps the business organization
to ensure the best results.
Revised vision and mission
Vision
The revised vision of the company will be to be more innovative in
nature and must address the future needs of the organization as well as the
customers of the business. The new strategic developments has been one of
the major forces of the business organization that has been the major source
of concentration of the business.
Mission
The mission of the business organization is to incorporate innovation
and also find out new and improved ways to improve the efficiency of the
different kinds of the organization in a proper manner. The management
aims to move forward without concentrating on the present achievements.
The organizational values of the business depends on the new
strategies and the different kinds of the business organizations in a proper
manner. The implementation of the different kinds of the new strategies will
enable the business organization to match the new and improved needs of
the customers.
