Woolworth is the biggest supermarket in company of the with the highest market area coverage. Woolworth used to provide the employment to more than 225000 employees in general in the organization. Woolworth is looking to introducing variety of health and hygiene maintaining and managing equipment in the organization. There is good sort of the demand of the same in the market as well as all the organization has seen a good sort of the impact due to Covid 19 pandemic in the current scenario. To overcome the same issue organization is looking to produce a change management plan. This report used to highlights vision and purpose behind conducting these project. After that report explains the scope of these change management plan and key driver which has forces the company to implement these sort of project in the market. After that report explains the different board goal and measuring tool of the progress. After that report explains the timeline of the project and shareholder analysis for the project. MAIN BODY Vision and purpose Visions of Woolworthis to build a healthy and safety working environment at the store in which employee and customer can feel secure. Another vision ofWoolworthis to provide more secure and highly qualified product on the basis of Quality(Meredith, Shafer and Mantel, 2017). Purpose behind introducing change in the organization that there is good sort of demand of healthy and hygienic working environment in the post COVID 19 environment, hence it is the responsibility of Woolworth to take care of different stakeholder in the store. Hence these change was brought into the workplace. Scope There will be variety of scope which will be seen by Woolworth due to implication these changes management plan in the organization. Some of the scope which will be seen by the organization are as follows: OperationofCompany:Implementingthesechangemanagementplaninthe organization will eventually help the company in improving the level of operation in the market. As there is good demand of hygienic goods and store in the market, these will eventually open 3
up the good sort of target customer base of the company in the market(Kerzner, 2019). These will ultimately result in seeing the situation in the organization in which variety of different operation of the business will be improved. As more number of the customer will be attracted toward the store, these will eventually means that sales and revenue of the company may be increased in the organization as well. So this course of change management plan at the workplace will eventually help the company in seeing the better scope in regards of enhance operational activity in the market. Goodwill of company: Another scope which will be seen by the organization in the market is in regards of goodwill of the company, as it has been analysed that implementing these sort of change management plan in the market will eventually help in improving the goodwill of the company in the market, these will eventually open up the goodwill of the company. As company will able to present the good image of the company in the market. This will ultimately open up the good space of improved Goodwill of the company in the market. Key Driver COVID 19:It is the first driver which has forced the organization to bring these sort of the changes in the organization. As Covid 19 pandemic has created the situation in the market in which all the consumer or the individual are looking to have more hygienic and they are more concern about their health issue which is prevailing in the market. These has eventually driven the organization to bring the variety of the changes in the organization and shift there focuses toward the hygienic purpose in the organization, as it is very much required in the market as well as different consumer generally expect the same as well. This has forced the company in driving themselves to bringing these sort of change. Enhance revenue and sales: It is another factor which may drive the company to implement such sort of the changes in the organization. Due to implication of Covid 19 all the company has seen the good sort of impact on to the revenue and sales of the company in the market. Hence amount of the competition has been increased in the organization as well, these has eventually created the variety of the different issue for the company to be competitive in the market. These will be done in the organization with the help of using variety of different tools which generally used to help in measuring and maintaining the health and hyginitic condition of employee. “To enhance the sales and revenue of company by 10 percent in coming 6 month by the way of promoting good hygiene facility at the store” By implimating the new change management plan at the workplace, organization is looking to promote good health condition in the organization to attract the eye of the customer toward different product of the company in the market which will help the company in enhancing the sales and revenue of the company in the long run(Kerzner, 2017). “To enhance the customer base of the company by providing good quality service to them in coming 1 year” Organization is looking to improve the customer base of the company by implementing the change management plan in the organization. As organization is looking to improve the 5
quality of services in regards of hygine, as there is good sort of demand of such type of the facility in the market as well. Measure There are two different type of measuring tool which will be used in the organization to measure the efficiency of activity which is being carried out to achieve the objective or goal of business. Two measuring tool which will be used are as follows: Benchmark: It is the first tool which will be adopted in the organization. It is the tool in which organization will be fixing the different standard of quality which will be require at the time of carrying out different activity. On the basis of the same in the organization actual performance will be measure to the same these would definitely help the company in fixing up variety of the variation which has been found out in the organization. Balance scorecard: It is the another type of the measuring tool which will be used in the organization,Itisthemeasuringtoolintheorganizationinwhichthemanagerinthe organization will be keeping the track upon the variety of different sort of the function which is being carried out in the organization and on the basis of the same manager will be making the report in the organization which will be noting down variety of different information related to the same in the organization.
