Task 1
The role of the project manager of Coffeeville Chain is to explain the strategic goals of the franchise to
the project team members to lead them towards measurable commercial success and competitive
advantages as well. Before initiation of the project the vision, mission and benefits that would be
generated from the project are elaborated in the below section.
Identification of mission: The mission of the Coffeeville chain is to welcome all the consumers and serve
them tasty as well as quality food products so that they can compete to rest of the similar types of
organizations.
Vision: The vision of the company is to get all the people together so that they can enjoy each other’s
company. In other words, the chain is focused on weaving positive relationship as well as experiences
among the consumers. Moreover, they are aimed to promote the common humanity by improving the
lives of the guests.
Both mission and vision are important for the business success and in addition to this strategy is another
important part which is also crucial for the commercial success of the business organization. All the
business or project associates should follow the rules and regulations accordingly so that the objectives,
goals and aim are meet by the organization.
Task 2
The marketing team plays vital role in the business organization as they helps to promote the
operational and the functional activities in an integrated manner. The purpose of business strategy
development become activated s soon as the marketing team members starts doing their assigned job
professionally.
Purpose of the team
The purpose of the marketing team is to develop new and updated strategies for business success
considering the requirements of the consumers. The team should keep both the internal and external
channels absolutely updated. They should conduct professional survey where the participants can be
either employees or consumes at also. After analyzing the feedback or survey answers the new
strategies should be designed and developed by the marketing department.
Role of the marketing team
The marketing team acts as a face of the business organization and coordinating and producing all
related materials for representing the business. Other role of the marketing team is to achieve up to the

prospects, consumers, investors and community requirements. The duties should be served by the
marketing department are as follows:
Defining and managing the brand
Conducting a campaign management to make marketing initiatives
To produce marketing as well as promotional materials
Monitoring and managing the social media
To create content those are provided by the search engine
The roles of the individual are as follows:

as products or services of their company to the
clients. Though, maintaining the quality of the
products and services are the other role of the sales
executives
Sales coordinator Internal Makes proper coordination between the members
of the sakes team through managing proper
schedule, important document filling and relevant
information communication.
Casual staffs Internal The casual staffs working for the marketing
department are responsible to take call from the
clients and track current strategies that the
competitive companies are using. Their
professional behavior will help the company to
gain competitive advantages and commercial
revenue at the same time.
Task 3
There are different ways through which the quality of the Coffeeville product can be improved. The one
innovation and productivity measure to raise the bar that the company would like to discuss with the
rest of the organization staffs is as follows:
