1. Part of the contractor arrangements that a PCBU should conform to
when dealing with high risk construction work is the development of a
safe work method statement (SWMS).
Using your own words, outline at least two (2) details of what a SWMS
in this particular context should include.

PCBU has to include the circumstance at the workplace that may affect
the way in which the high risk construction work is carried out
