1.1 PCBU
The employer has to provide appropriate PPE or Personal Protective
equipments
PCBU should also have a proper compensation and emergency handing
plan for any type of potential chemical hazardous situation
1.2 Manufacturers and importers
The manufactures should execute appropriate investigation process to
ensure that the chemical containing vessel are completely good in
condition
The importers should also obliged about the type of hazardous chemicals
they are importing to take proper precautions
1.3 Suppliers
The Suppliers should ensure that the chemical containing vessel are
completely good in condition, which could not lead to any leakage
The suppliers have to ensure that all the containers have correct labeling
with pipe-work, using warning placards and displaying safety signs
