1.3 Project description: Globex Corporation that has experience of more than 30
years in the field of agricultural business, has undertaken a training project meant for
the high school students. In order to store the details of the participants of the
training program, a computer based system is proposed. The training will help the
students to achieve preliminary business skills. The project of developing the
computer based system is undertaken by Virtucon. The Virtucon team has indicated
that the project will be implemented in as much less expenditure as possible.
1.4 Team charter: A team charter is prepared that gives a detailed idea of the skills
and knowledge of the team members. Apart from that, the roles along with the
responsibilities of the members of the team are listed.

4.1 Reflection
This project helped me to get a clear idea of the importance of project planning in
execution of a project. I could brush up my theoretical knowledge related to the tools,
techniques and the leadership requirement of a project. I have understood that a
project manager has a huge responsibility of ensuring that a project is executed as
per the specification. Choice of an appropriate project implementation method helps
in ensuring the same. Communication is a tool that is vital for project implementation
and therefore, a team should engage themselves in frequent communication to
discuss the issues related to the project. This in turn helps in easier problem solving.
4.1 Reflection
This project helped me to get a clear idea of the importance of project planning in
