Literature review
The term conceptual modeling is defined as a system that is mainly used in
operation management in order to understand the purpose of developed
systems. In this generation, the use of conceptual modeling is increasing
rapidly because of their ability to identify the best process for managing
business operations effectively. In order to understand the importance of
conceptual modeling, a literature review will be conducted that helps in
analyzing the opinions of the other writers.
Antony, Hilton, and Sohal, (2012) identified that conceptual modeling is a
type of process representation which is mainly developed by the
composition of concepts utilized for us to know the business operations
effectively [1]. Such kind of process is very used for the companies in order
to produce generalized processes for the businesses. In the context of
operation management, conceptual models can be used by the companies
because of their capability to control and reduce the problems in less time.
It is identified that conceptual modeling systems are able to enhance the
effectiveness of the operation management among the scientific community.
From recent literature provided by Bychkov, et al., (2017) it is found that
the conceptual model used in the operation management delivers effective
convincing ways between the stakeholders and business communities [2]. In
order to implement the system life cycle, the companies can use the concept
of conceptual modeling as it provides effective approaches for enhancing
the overall quality of operation management. In order to resolve the quality-
related issues from operation management, it is very important to identify
the numerous issues that arise during survey research.
It is true that the utilization of an effective research technique can help the
developers for finding effective information in the context of operation
management. To enhance the quality of the operation management

companies can use systematic methods and appropriate survey techniques.
Chin, Tat, and Sulaiman, (2015) provided their views on operation
management and supported that using the systematic method the
companies can easily identify the risk factors that impact on the quality of
the operation management [3].
It is identified that there are major three issues that occur while conducting
a survey, for example, collecting effective information, obtaining reliable
data analysis methods and evaluating the positive and negative points from
the collected information. It is argued that companies can use conceptual
models while using operating systems because of their ability to provide
information about the developed systems. With the help of such models, the
consumers can understand and simulate a model in the context of operation
management.
A recent study provided by De Sousa Jabbour, et al., (2013) highlighted
issues and problems that occurred in the survey research and
recommended effective approaches for solving the issues that impact on the
quality of the operation management [4]. In this article, the researchers
discussed the importance of conceptual modeling and a statistical survey by
which the readers can enhance their skills. Collecting data and facts from
the employees can help the companies for identifying and understanding
the issue that produces problems in the systems and reduce the
effectiveness of the operation management.
It is found that survey research plays a major character in the enhancement
of quality of the operation management and identifies the risk factors that
impact on the developed systems and networks. Mainly, researchers often
distinguish between exploratory theory and descriptive survey research.
Despeisse, et al., (2015) suggested that for improving the quality of the
operation management companies can conduct exploratory survey research
