Introduction In this report various set of aspects have been divulged which provides adamantine study overhow employee relation is managed in effective ways. However, now a day’s it has become verycumbersome for the organization to establish a clear nexus with the employees and their welfarewith the sustainable future of the organizations. The main intent of the employee’s relation iscoupled with future relation, ideology, company structure and their concern toward the workingof the organization. Therefore in this report a compile study has been made over the employeerelation and how it could be effective for the organization in determined approach. In this reportall the required factors and aspect of employee relation are explained for organisations.3

Task-11.1 Unitary frame of references Unitary frame of referencesThis perspective is based on the aspects which define the unity of employees and theirconsiderations in organisation. This is effective approach to manage and appreciate commoninterest of employees and staff in the organisation working for the organisation. In order toestablish an effective employee relation there is various frameworks is followed by theorganization. Unitary frame of references is accompanied with all the values and assumption todetermine the effective employee relation in organization. It is the way of thinking, mind-set,assumption, attitude, values and practice related with the management and organizationstakeholders at large. The values and organization cultural has been set up with a view toincrease the employee’s satisfaction in determined approach. In addition to this personalunderstanding and assumption set up in the value chain activities of organisations provides aclear understanding about the overall requirements and needs of employees. This Unitary frameof references is very much helpful in understanding what employees wants from the organizationand how an effective employee relation could be established. In organisations employee relationsare important for the point of view to management of all activities and their effective results thatcan lead to increased results in the organisation and growth of the company. There is developedapproach which supports the thought to work for benefit of every employee or team member inorganisation that can make impact on effective organisational culture and it also affects theenvironment, this way overall performance and growth gets negatively affected.Pluralistic frame of referencesIn organisations there are huge number of employees working having different attributes andcharacteristics and perspectives that can affect the business operations of the organization. Tradeunion and Management department are the key mail pillars that are covered under the Pluralisticframe of references and provide a clear bench mark for the effective functioning of anyorganisation and determine employee’s relation at large. There can be various aspects which cangenerate various conflicts within employees related to the rewards and compensation. Thisassumption is based on the management of the diversity in the organisation between employeesand makes negative effect over the firm and its performance. There are various aspects whichhelp in resolving conflicts and makes negative effect over the firm and its performance and alsoaffects employee relations. Effects on employees’ relation with changes in trade unionTrade union This can be determined as union or association of workers or employees formedor incorporated with the view to protect the rights and authority of the employees at large. Intoday’s world developed trade union are playing so many so roles for the betterment of theorganization working system. Establishing a clear mechanism for the betterment of theorganisation working system is effective in every manner. Work as clear grievance portal for theemployees’ problems and conflicts which leads to effective management in organisation.Separate body and working mechanism for establishing a clear nexus between employees andorganization is effective tool for management. As this union was elected by the group ofemployees for their interest but due to the excessive pressure Trade union has to reciprocate theiraction more in organization interest than in general employees at large. In addition to this thecurrent changes made in trade union by the Board of directors that newly hired employees weremade bench of union and creating hurdles in the way of employees wants and needs. Changesoccurred in trade union has resulted into high employee turnover in organisations which hasresulted into high cost of production. In addition to this company has been facing highdestruction in the brand image and sustainability at large. Therefore, Trade union needs to makeeffective changes in order to accomplish employee’s needs and demand in determined approach.Companies need to allow employees for electing their trade union for represented employeecollectively. In addition to this trade union should not be accustomed to act accordance with thedirection of the organization nor even should be dependent to any of the directors at large. Tradeunion in the past was accompanied with simple representative body structure in which5

employees are represented before top management for their own concern. With the increasingramification or consistent changing environment employees in order to establish a clear nexuswith the top management trade union is established accordingly. Trade union is going to beemerged a separate body who will work in the interest of general public not only for employees.In addition to this Trade union will be required to add two independent people mandatory atlarge. These changes are important and affects the business and overall performance of theorganization to manage the trade unions and their conflicts in the employee relations. .6

1.3 Role played by the main player Employees are the key pillars of the organization and they make their consistent efforts toaccomplish their set goals and objective at large. Employee relation is the relation betweenemployee and management and dependent upon the by laws and rules prepared in the interest ofemployee in organization. Board of director- This is the concerned team of directors who makesall the strategic decision and takes required action plan at large. Employees- These are the keypillars who make consistent efforts for the betterment of the organization. Employee’s values,perception and their attitude are the most effective factors in determining a positive employee’srelation. Employee put their best toward the working of value chain activities thereforecompanies’ needs to make effective plan and procedure for the betterment of the employeerelation. Trade union- This is the association or organization of employees who make theirconsistent efforts to pursue management department in the common interest of employees atlarge. It is also known as monitoring body that represents employees and their concern before themanagement department. Trade union needs to make a proper understanding with the givencircumstances and factor in determined approach (Griffin & Koerber, 2015). Tribunal-These arethe judiciary body which is established with a view settle case between employees andmanagement. Throughout the time tribunal has been making consistent efforts to evaluate all thepossible factors and figures so that best possible course of action could be developed to pass aneffective judgement. Tribunal helps companies to come up effective decision making andprovide a framework to manage conflicts in determined approach. Government agencies- Thereare various agencies and bodies which are making their consistent efforts by complying with alllaws and by rules in determined approach so that companies could easily develop a workingstructure in effective way. In addition to this proper governance program and compliance systemis the key role of government agencies.7

Task-2Introduction In this report a complete adamantine study has been prepared over the NHS employees conflictsand how tribunal helps them to mitigate such problems in determined approach. (Sayce & Gold,2011).Case study As per the given case, there is negotiation that take place between government, NHS employersand British Medical association. They are running an appointment in which they are aiming athiring new junior doctors (Bonoli, 2010). As per the view points of government and employee,they all agreed upon the contract but conflict raised due to different view points that are given byfrom Trade union BMA towards the doctor's appointment. Further, they also used sticke offpower towards the decision.Nature of industrial conflicts and its resolution 2.1 Procedures to resolve the different conflictsConflicts- These can be determined as the issues or hurdles that are identified throughout theworking of employees of the NHS. Throughout the time existing doctors of NHS are facingproblems of being paid less salary, in addition to this NHS has also entered into contract ofhiring new junior doctors as per the future perspective needs and demand in the determinedapproach.Throughout the time with the increasing ramification of changes so many conflicts have beenemerged in the process system of NHS organization.
