headquarter in United States. Its business is operated globally for assisting the people in
living healthier lives and assisting them to make better health system for everyone. The
company is committed in introducing the innovative approaches, services and products that
may improve the personal health along with promoting healthier population for the local
communities. The company’s core capabilities are regarding the clinical expertise, health
information, advanced technology and data that enable it to meet the requirements uniquely
under the changing environment of health care (Unitedhealthgroup.com 2018).

million customers globally. It has 2 divisions United Health care – its benefit arm and Optum
that encompasses 3 different sectors including OptumRx – mail order pharmacy, Optum
health that operates the health savings accounts and the Optum insights that processes the
payments for the health care service providers. Health insurances are great deal for customers
as it provides the sense of the security if any accident takes place. Health insurances entities
like United Health Group raise bill for treatments and surgeries that costs tens of thousands
