Abstract
This research proposal involves the study in which Theory Planned behavioral
therapy will be used to manage the body mass of the adults. The research is overall based on
the prevalence of unhealthy snacking, which is figured as one of the major reasons for obesity
among university students in Australia. In the survey, a 3 literature review has been studies
that will be adopted to conduct a further survey in which 150 participants will be selected
(comprises of male and female) randomly between age 18to 30 years. This research
proposal aims to conduct an intervention program to prevent un A questionnaire method will
