The present situation of the business
In food industry, the various restaurants operate and maintain their task on regular basis
without any websites and they do not have any nearness online. In the food industry, the
organizations are adopting the updated technological system for presenting an automated
framework and computerizing the world. When an organization has an online nearness it
helps in gathering information about the customers’ expectations and helps in analysing their
attitude and behaviour and owner can adopt the best practices to attract the customers toward
business. When the information about menu’s and delivery time are available to customers
online on websites, customers will order the food online as it will be convenient for them to
access the website for all the information which is required to them.
In the ABC cuisine restaurant, the management has not given attention to creating website
rather they believe in traditional style of face to face service for serving the customers. In
food industry, the organizations are expanding their business and making benefits by
maintaining websites and doing business online and adopting digital marketing strategies and
ABC cuisine restaurant has adopted the strategy for updating technological system for
developing the business. As proposed for designing a website for ABC food is the best way
for developing marketing strategies through social media.
