INTRODUCTIONIn order to perform any type of roles and responsibilities that needs to be performedwithin the organization. In this context, it is essential to have skills and capabilities that enable toperform their set of given role in effective manner (Hasson-Ohayon, Avidan-Msika and Lysaker,2015). For personal and professional development it requires certain set of skills that support incompleting and performing the given task efficiently. In this context, it requires skills likeleadership, communication, problem solving, decision making, listening, etc. All these arehelpful and contribute towards achievements of personal as well as organizational objectives. Skills or attributes identified as part of moduleThere are different type of models that are available which enable to identify the areas orthe skills that one lacks. In this context, as per personal analysis made, it is identified that thereare four skills that I possess. With the help of module used by me I got know that these skills arehighly beneficial for by personal as well as professional areas. Skills I possess includes listening,decision making, problem solving, and time management. Definition and describing core skillsDecision making skills: This skill play vital role in order to select the best alternative.There are different set of decision that has to be made in life. It can be for short term and manyof them are for long term decisions (Neff and Pommier, 2013). For all these aspects, it isimportant for one to have proper knowledge about the situation or the alternative that areavailable. With proper knowledge, one is able to make proper decision. For example, at growingstage individuals take help from their parents or guardians and they are helpful enough toprovide proper guidance. However, there are situations in which decision needs to be made owntheir own. Listening skills: There are conditions I which people feel depressed or demotivated. Insuch condition, one prefer to have support who will listen to them. With this respect, it can bestated that listening skills are helpful enough to develop strong relationship with others (Rodkin,Espelage and Hanish, 2015). Further, this can be determined as the part of problem solving, inorder to solve problems it requires one to know the actual condition and have proper listeningskills so that they understand the situation and take proper decision.
