LEADERS IN MOTIVATING THEIR FOLLOWERS IN AN
ORGANIZATION
INTRODUCTION
Leadership is the ability of an
individual which helps in the
influencing the guide followers
which are known to the other
members of the organization.
In the leadership there are
certain contemporary issues
which can impact the
effectiveness of the leadership
practices.
FOLLOWERS ISSUE – MANAGERS ARE
NOT LEADERS UNTIL EMPLOYEES
ARE FOLLOWERS
The success of a leader from the practices of
the followers which are considered to be
effective and impacts the employees and their
followers (Ridwan, 2020). The managers are
considered to be very effective in the
management of the employees when they are
able to influence the growth of the
organization. Employees when are the
followers of their manager they are the
influence which turn managers into the leader.
BIOLOGICAL ISSUE BIOLOGICAL
BASED ISSUE FOR LEADERSHIP
There has been an increase in the evidence of
the leadership which impacts the leadership
from its biological roots (Bullough and et.al.,
2018). It has been found from researches that
there are to chemicals in the human body,
serotonin and testosterone which has been
profoundly effected by the leader for
increasing the levels of serotonin that helps
in the improving the sociability and
development of control aggregation.
POWER ISSUE – CURRENT
POPULARITY OF
EMPOWERMENT
AFFECTING THE WAYS IN
WHICH THE MANAGERS
LEAD
Empowerment is placing of the
employees in charge of their performance
which impacts their performance
(Alsuood and Youde, 2018). The main
problem which the organization faces in
ignoring the extent to which the leaders
can facilitate success or share the
leadership. Other factors such as the
higher employee skills, commitment and
also downsizing are known to be the
reason why the leaders make different
decisions for their leadership style which
may include the continuous training,
implementation of the quality
management programs and also the
introduction of the self-managed teams
that are known for the increasing the
actual number of situations that are more
empowering.
CONCLUSION
From this project it can be
concluded that leadership faces
multiple contemporary issues
which are considered to be the
key determinant of the
leaderships ideas that can impact
the leadership capabilities. In this
project different contemporary
issues of leadership such as the
gender issue, culture issue,
training issue, followers issue and
power issues are discussed.

Gender issue is an issue that is considered to
be a very important aspect of the leadership
development (Shet, 2021). These leadership
styles of the leadership are considered to be
the changing day after day with the
application of new styles that lead leadership
in the management styles. According to
certain studies it can be said that the
leadership and management style are helpful
for the male leader accent to be followed
with.
