Executive summary:
Here for the Bell Studio, there are systems such as Purchase system, Payroll system and Cash
disbursements. Being a business analyst the task in the Bell studio is to create data flow diagrams
for the process Purchase system, Cash disbursements and Payroll system and along with the data
flow diagram the system flow diagrams are also implemented and added into this document. These
are the important system of the organisation through which organisation can function properly. In
all the systems the data is captured electronically and stored in the system, along with digital copies
few manual processes are also present where the hard copies are also being sent. (Donald,2000).
