Answer: The main aviation relevant regulations and legal obligations are as follows-
The Aircraft Act, 1934 (AA1934); The aircraft Rules, 1937 (AR1937); The AAI Act, 1994; The
Civil Aviation Recruitments (CARs); The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 (CAA); Aircraft (Carriage
of Dangerous Goods) Rules, 2003; The suppression of Unlawful Acts against Safety of Civil
Aviation Act, 1982.
2. List how the above can be obtained.
Answer: The above legal regulations can be obtained by the Aviation and Airports Division to
suggest the Australian government on different rules and norms for the Australian aviation
industry. The Division is responsible for dealing with the relationship between the Civil Aviation
Safety Authority (CASA) and the Australian government along with the Airservices Australia
and Australia’s airlines. Australia’s participation in the International Civil Aviation Organization
(ICAO) was dealt by the ministry to provide the Secretariat with International Air Services
Commission (IASC).
3. Name the document that deals with the organisational workplace requirement and
how would you access it?
Answer: Safe Work Australia is responsible for dealing with the development of national policy
for the progress of health and safety of workers as well as their compensation arrangements in
Australia. There are acts and regulations for providing a brief overview of creating and safe and
healthy workplace in the Australian environment.

4. How would you go about adapting to differences in equipment and operating
environment in accordance with standard operating procedures of an RPAS
system?
Answer: In order to adapt to differences in equipment and operating environment the elements
and performance criteria needs to describe the achievement of the element. Along with that,
assessment of the performance needs to be in constant assessment with the evidence guide. This
is effective in managing personal performance and at the same time, identifying the threats and
issues to deal with the preventive measures.

1. List mission briefing details for Take-off and landing under visual conditions.
Answers: Briefings are an important part in terms of flight preparation to signify a crucial
moment for team building, establishing leadership and get the opportunity to gather and choose
operational data related to the upcoming flight. On the other hand, detailed take- off and
approach briefings are mandatory before every flight to make sure that there is good
understanding among the crew members along with effective application of crew resource
management (CRM).

1. What do you understand by the term compliance?
Answer: Compliance is referred to as a state of being in accordance with the set and established
specifications. For instance, the equipments of aircraft are developed as per the compliance
standards and further deployed as per the compliance of the vendor’s licensing agreement.
