Food tourism is part of tourism industry but in this people travel around for testing food
as well as visiting restaurant which are in their destination of interest. In food tourism for the
person who is travelling food related activities is one of the main as well as biggest reason. For
completing this proposal, selected country is West Midlands which is metropolitan country in
western-central England. In respective country there are distinc type of food tours like Banks's
Park Brewery, The Spice Club Cookery Classes, Sadler's Brewery, Twisted Barrel Ale, Attic
Brew, Loki Wine Merchant & Deli Edgbaston, 3 Hammers Golf Complex, The Big Birmingham
Bake, Birmingham Food Tour, Dhillons Brewery, Fixed Wheel Micro Brewery, Harborne Food
School, Tan Rosie, Two Towers Brewery and many more. These are main places in West
Midlands which help in attracting tourist towards the destination as well as food tourism results
in positive impact on growth and development of nation. Along with this, there are several
advantages related to developing food tourism in West Midlands such as generating employment
opportunity, protecting environment, diversifying economy and encourage awareness among
people related to cross-cultural. In simple terms it can be said that food is the way of entering
within culture of other people through taste, food readying as well as overall eating surroundings.
