Australia. The main aim of this essay is to understand the human rights, the government
association, and its responsibility to manage this non-profit organisation. Further, it explores

Wood, Bailleres, & Lee, 2019). The purpose is to inculcate the important and significance of
welfare services in the community that function in Australia. These policies, procedures, and
understanding of linkage between health, well-being, and human rights. Red Cross
undertakes activities to focus on aboriginal communities, mental health, settlement, children,
and family. The main motto behind the establishment of the Australian Rd Cross is the power
to humanity (Red Cross, 2019).

Red Cross is an association that avails humanitarian and community charitable services in
Australia. Red Cross is guided by the main fundamental principles of the Red Cross such as
secular, impartial, neutral, and independent organisation that clearly focus on humanity (Red

with disability, and community services. It is observed that Red Cross was formed nearly
second world war and it assisted wounded, sick, dependents, and maimed. With agreeing
with federal government and treated them with extreme care. It provided accommodation to
people who have no friends and other relatives to support while returning from the Second
World War. The corporate governance and public donations fund whole Red Cross. It is
