INTRODUCTION
Child labour term is defined as work that poor and deprives children's from their
childhood start, in order to earn money, which they used to buy food for themselves and their
family member. This work is physically, morally, mentally and socially harmful and dangerous
to a child who is not being able to understand the actual meaning of work, but do so to live. The
current assignment is based on specific concept, and that is child labour. It will define the
comparative form of report based on arguments for and against the action of banning all types of
child labour in supply chains. The current topic is important, because it describes the fact and
varied points of views related to the action taken by national and international authorities.
MAIN BODY
Overview of supply chain
A supply chain is described as network of organizations and their suppliers who are able
to distribute and supply quality products to whom they need these the most. It also refers to set of
activities that has been conducted, in order to obtain the benefits and achieve set aims. Each
activity give management chance to grow their venture, even better than last few years or months
in effective and productive manner.
Argument for banning child labour in supply chain
According to, Haq and et.al., (2020) in many nations' government take decision to ban
child labour in supply chain activity of several organizations, whether it is national or
international, which is quite effective and appropriate action. Just because of banning all type of
children's labour, high authorities may save the life of small child's who are facing mental and
physical illness due to this harmful practice. They benefit each and every child in term of
eliminating violation of their fundamental rights, which may hinder their development, mental as
well as physical health. This decision may provide advantages to everyone in term of
strengthening economies, influencing education, protection and health systems worldwide.
In the view of, Tang, Engstrom and Srakaew, (2020) by banning child labour related to
supply chain operation of organizations, government bodies play vital role to mentally and
bodily save children's health, which is quite essential to do so for anyone, who consider this kind
of activity around them and tend to take action against that.
It can be said that in accurate term, child labour for 5-18 years age extent is highest in the
India as 5.8 million followed by Pakistan 3.4 Million, Bangladesh 5.0 and Nepal 2.0 (Child
