INTRODUCTION
Supply chain management is defined as process or procedure of converting raw items
into final goods and products (Atalay, 2019). Supply chain play important role in
development of business and growth as because they help in service manufacturing methods.
Main purpose of this essay is to analyse and examine for and against banning all forms of
child labour in supply chains. This essay consists of a brief concept of supply chain as well
as child labour in business industry.

Supply chain is an essential process of business without which it is not possible for
organisations to focus on development of their product. The competition level is increasing

reported that many of the organisations uses child as a labour forever work activities
functions and operations in order to save cost. There are many companies who use children
as employee and pay them at low cost (Bueno, 2019).

Child labour in supply chain is often seen as an illegal practice as well as prime which
is completed by businesses with their own selfish purposes. In the favour of statement of
banning child labour in supply chain it is examined that this need to be stopped as well
celebrated in every part of country so that every children can live peacefully and enjoy the
early stage of life in joyful manner (Hardy, 2020). Putting children into work before their
mature age can lead to mental problems and also can make children aggressive in nature. In
