INTRODUCTION
The personal philosophy of teaching may include the early childhood education plan. The
philosophy of teaching is includes that the classroom should be inclusive, safe as well as
supportive environment which encourage the students to grow or develop maturity levels. It also
include the development of intellectual, emotional, social as well as physical growth. The essay
report give brief knowledge on the personal philosophy by giving brief discussion on the
learner's physical, social as well as intellectual development along with their relevant theories
which are associated with some strategies and code of ethics. Apart from this, the essay report
give brief knowledge about the contextual behaviour management policy. The behavioural ma
policy may include the components and strategies of the behavioural management policy.

The personal philosophy of teaching in early education program setting classroom should
have to include the inclusive, safe as well as supportive environment which should encourages
the students in order to develop their growth as well as help in developing the maturity levels
which including intellectual, emotional, social as well as physical development. Therefore, I
believe that each learner's is an individual or an educator. Along with that I belief and value the
growth of each learners' strengths, interest, skills, abilities as well as knowledge in order to
extend their learning.
As each student or learners may learn or understand the things in different manners.
Some of the key technique which I used to understand the physical, social as well as intellectual
development of the learners are by communication.
As communication is one of the easiest and fastest way to understand the children development
or growth.. I used friendly communication technique to be implemented in order to know the
learner's learning capability. The other important way which is I used to find out the information
about the learner's is from face to face interaction. Whereas, t he other way is to gathered the pre-
test data before starting the new topic or after completing the topic and then compare the both,
this method shows the grasping power of the learner's (Saqr, Fors & Nouri, J. (2018)).
The physical development characteristics of learners may include the physical growth of
the learner's such as growth, improved gross or fine motor skills as well as biological maturity as
