INTRODUCTIONBeginning professional practice placement is known as a process of pragmatic andappropriate learning which includes partnership between the educational provider, the learnerand the placement agency. Professional education involves provision of opportunities foremerging professional in order to develop philosophies attitudes, specific knowledge, skills andspecific knowledge values of the community learning and development profession. Professionalpractice placement in educational context demonstrates a diverse scope of modern communitylearning and development will help in preparing learner for different types of tasks which may beencountered in the future. The present research is based on different professional competenciesand work practices. Along with this, relationship between work practice and the wider academic/professional context will be critically evaluated. Apart from this, Gibbs reflective cycle will beapplied in order to reflect my learningDiscussionPlacement is one of the exciting and challenging tine for teacher educators. Qualityteaching has become importance as the landscape of higher education which has been facingcontinuous changes. New students need to provide new teaching method. There are manymodern technologies introduced in the classroom, thus modifying the nature of the interactionbetween students and professors. Placement the work involved for the learner is representative ofreal life working experience. Their role is to support the work in order to set out ethicalstandard.. DESCRIPTIONI have never thought that I would be teaching students in high schools thought thisbecause I have communication problem which I felt that would create barriers in my career as ateacher. I have achieved the great experience in teaching students and I have also able to learnmany new things. I have realised that teaching profession has wide scope and it allows teachersto enhance their knowledge. When I was given with the fist job opportunity in school, I thoughtthis the best field which will help me in fostering my personal as well as professional growth. Iwas aware about the fact that I will get many learning opportunities when working in a school. Ihave never thought before that teaching cam also be the fun activity. I have taught students ofage between to young adults. I believe that I have able to gained memorable teaching experiencedue to the good students in my class. I have heard before joining my job that students in Highschools generally misbehaves with the teacher and doest not respect them (Glaze,2017) But Idon't felt any think like that, I have experienced that students whom I teach was very muchobedient. Student was good and fun teaching experience does not mean that there were nochallenges or issues. I have realised that students in my class different level of experience andthey want to learn some new things. Students in high school, wants to know about the factswhich I was not aware about. This factors have encouraged me to use more resources such asinternet, conduct researches and use newspaper , articles , magazines for exploring new facts(Goos, Vale and Stillman,2017) I felt very many difficulties in getting each and every student atequal level of learning experience . At my first teaching experience with the student of highschools I have realised that I need to prepare special content and ned to do lesson planning forconducting further teaching session have included several strategies that I will use for teachingstudent of high school which include reviewing the feedback sheet which was provided by seniorstaff member on the basis of my first day teaching students in school. I have design the lessonand prepare the content which I will teach student next day. I have also conducted the research inorder to develop the understanding about different teaching style. From my teaching experienceI have learned that teaching requires more than just reading notes loudly and guiding students. Ihave also realised that working and teaching both small and adult people is not at all an easytask. Teaching activities requires lot of knowledge , preparation as well as patience (CarpenterAshdown and Bovair,eds., 2017.) In addition to this I also think that leadership qualities is also
