1. Scope Management Plan
1.1 Project Overview including Owner, Sponsors, and Stakeholders
The project is developed for case study of Information System where a new information
system (Bespoke system) would be developed using the programming language of C# that would
be helpful for developing the effective implication management. The system would be developed
considering the function of project cost estimating, budgeting, and schedule estimating. The
completion of the system would result in developing the effective system for creation of the cost
baseline, cash flow, earned value calculation, percentage complete proposal. The project owner
is Jack Nicholson, proprietor of a consultancy firm that would require the system for his firm.
The project sponsor is Diana Keith, CEO of State Bank and she would support the project with
resources. The stakeholders of the project include the owner, sponsor, project manager, steering
committee, and project team.
1.2 Problem Statement
It is very crucial for calculating the project cost, budget, and schedule and with the
growth of the project scale, the calculation have become very complex. Hence, the bespoke
system would help the organization with creation of the cost baseline, cash flow, earned value
calculation, percentage complete proposal.
