Participative nature: It is the most significant characteristic of a leader to always persuade

Interactive, Approachable and humble mature: an effective leaders always have positive
nature toward its work and employees. Warren Buffett is also considered as the most humble,
approachable and warmest person. it has always given the emphasis on following democratic
leadership style by giving emphasising on mutual trust, communication by giving value on
collaborating and interacting with employees (Mayfield & Mayfield, 2016).
Supportive: It is the most significant characteristic of an effective leader who always shows
its concern for the wellbeing of subordinate. Supportive leadership style also states that
leadership behaviour should be friendly, open and approachable. Jay Goltz is also one
example of this leadership who always used the supportive leadership. He always guaranteed
the car loan, loaned money to the employees as well as helped employees in buying houses
(Grint et al, 2016).
Communicative: an effective leaders ensures communication with their employees in proper
manner. An effective communication always motivates the employees to get their work done
without any difficulty. An example of effective communicative leader is the president Ronald
Reagan who found to be great communicator.
Passion and commitment- a good leader always complete its work with and full commitment.
If a leader wants the members to look upon him, he is required to show the passion to work
with them. It will also help the leader tom achieve the respect from its members and pervades
the energy in the person to work better (Fiaz, Su and Saqib, 2017).

Confidence: for any leader to lead its team in effective manner, it is firstly required to have
confidence in own. Without confidence, it is not possible to keep spirit among employees to
work hard. For example: Abhram Lincoln always had confidence in his work.
