INTRODUCTION This report will explain about the big personality traits with having the various factors with reflection about those thinking and various ideas. This also examined about various thinking in which the personality traits that could keep working about various factors. MAIN BODY Big personality traits Openness to experience This is one of the five personality traits while this could indicates about the human mind a person. This will help the person for knowing about how react and impact high level of experience. I have also come to know about those effective experience about how the personality test can be happened. I need to measure about the curious, imaginative and open minded people that are to be how they are usually dealing about and make sure for having their high places. While i think that individuals who are being low openness are might be having less experience rather than not (Veit,2021). This could keep them not for working with many things and many other people are being expected for keeping high skills. Being creative, different ideas and open to new about those activities and developed their experience who are being score lower about those activities. I have taken the places about those activities which could keep them from working with many things and make sure for having their process. As i have been thinking about how to being creative and make their experience how much allow for having their individuals. While such things keeping more attraction about solving about the problem and creating more individual experience. Extraversion Extraversionis one of the among five personality traits while this explain about how outgoing and social person. I have seen more about the scores about the high extraversion about those things which could keep them for working with many social activities and also keeping the high outgoing things. I also think about those personality test of life and make sure for those things and that could also led them for having those enjoy about being with some people (Ok, 2021). While being with people, participating about more gathering and are keeping full energy. Individuals for high extraversion on career and tendency more about those further activities which could keep seek out the company and stimulation of many other people. In such kind of
individuals thrive about on excitements and keeping more towards the oriented people. This kind of activities can keep me for helping about how they can usually working and make sure for having centre of attention about those terms and I have placed various things coin introverts. This could not require about the external stimulation and make sure for having their extraverts about taking high personality test. Natural reaction While I thing about the this could place with response to stress, highly susceptible to anxiety, anger, depression. While I work in organization where this could sometime led with me that due to having the high anxiety and depression with the work load. Thus, this could sometime create the negative emotion for me while for working with many things. People low with resist stress and trend not to be experience about the negative experience. Average score that have been established about those effective can be 6% and score with less working places. They trend with scoring vulnerable about those effective things and I have also need to take some of the right place for which the any other team members that could help me for knowing about how this could work (Roberts,2018). As they easily overcome with having rights and prevention more about for me in which I need to take some of the steps for which I can work and keep the decision making.While sometime this could help me for keeping negative experience and not having better outcomes for which the high positive impacts. This could also led with having many things and also make sure for having their generally about personality test and keeping some more better experience about various things. CONCLUSION From the above report it had been concluded that, big personality traits that should be well-developed and might be more helpful for the people through which this could be easier for taking the decision. As reflection and examples have given some of the ideas for being attentive and keeping the basic concepts must be clear. While through which this could be easier for work and keep the other team members.
