INTRODUCTION
Business report refers to the written documents, made by companies which contains all
the crucial informations of organisation (de Elejalde, Ponce and Roldán, 2022). This is prepared
by doing a deep analysis and planning. With this when an organisation wants to make changes in
it's polices or wants to expand they need to performs planning. With making some innovation or
adding some creativity in products companies are able to achieve competitive advantages. They
even can charge high prices for this innovation and make increase in it's profit. For preparing this
particular business report the selected organisation is Bio- Bean. It's a private company, which is
involved in recycling, manufacturing and supply the produced goods. It's headquarter is in
Cambridgeshire, England and was founded in 2013. The company is having a workforce of 28
employees. The company is involved in recycling thousands of tonnes of waste that is arsed from
Coffee grounds and then converting it into biofuels (Yi, Chen and Li, 2022). The company is
able to generate revenue of 10 million Euros annually. With this, the top most competitors of
Bio- Bean are Betteries, Viaex, Moblus and Bioecon. This file includes the SWOT analysis of
the company, cooperate social responsibilities followed by company and innovation and
creativity made by company. Lastly, strategies though which business improvement and
expansion can take place were discussed.
ANALYSIS
SWOT Analysis of the company
SWOT analysis is performed by the companies in order to evaluate it's internal strength,
opportunities, threat and weaknesses (Hanaysha and et. al., 2022). The SWOT analysis of Bio-
Bean is as follows -
Strength Weakness
Skilled workforce – The biggest strength of
Bio- Bean is that the company had a skilled
workforce. They are aware about the work they
have to perform and with this positive attitude
of employees, the objectives the organisation
could be achieved more quickly.
Less technology – As the company Bio- Bean
is small company so they so not have fund to
make continues purchase of new or latest
technology. So the technology used by them is
old, which results in decreasing productivity of
company.
