Job Description:
The team leader will be responsible for leading, managing and guiding the team
members of biotech engineering, combining the “soft” skills of leadership with the “hard”
skill of the management while following the relational leadership model with purpose,
inclusive, empowering, organizational ethic and process. Situational adaptation is the core
concern for the leader of Biotech Health and Life Products. The position requires that the
leaders encourage the team members to come up with innovative ideas and solutions within a
cooperative environment, where each employee has specific opinion about any new decision.
Biotech Health and Life Products is dealing with worldwide consumer base. Currently, an
experienced Leader is required for the sales team to accomplish the mission, vision, business
