The targeted sales of the company has to be increased by 15% in the upcoming years. A
good pricing policy needs to be implemented by the company since most of the times there is a
mismatch in the price from retail outlets. A proper maintenance of the sales record in all the sales
outlet must be done in the databases which will be showing the key performance indicators of the
company. The staffs associated with the retail stores will be integrated to the online system
which will be depicting the sales of the company.
Key personals for implementing the plan
The human resource manager of the company will be providing trainings to the staffs of
the company retail outlets for making them understand about the online system.
The finance manager of the company will be involved in managing and allocating the
budget which will be needed for implementing the different activities according to the
plan.
The marketing manager and the sales operational manager of the company will be
dedicated to provide the customer service and will be participating the staffs as well to
make them understand about customer retention.
