INTRODUCTION
BIZOPS is a famous retail organisation working in Australia. The organisation is working in
the physical retail stores for directly connecting with customers. Currency the organisation is
one of the successful Enterprises but still wants to change its strategic approach for total
growth annual of 15% over the next 5 years. This organisation has around 150 retail outlets
which are statistically located for offering premium retail experiences for more than 90% of
the population. There are two different issues identified in the organisation BIZOPS
Enterprises. The introduction of online store system is not part of the current physical store or
traditional stores. In fact, the warehouse staffs associated with the warehouse related
activities do not have any knowledge about working with the online orders. Therefore the
organisation has to focus on introducing the development plan which can fulfil the current
objective of the organisation. This development plan needs to include every stakeholder
interest with proper communication and consultation plan. Along with the development plan
introducing implementation plan and evaluation plan is required.
