In this competitive era, companies should provide innovative ideas to the business and
this in turn help to attract new customers. Similarly, the present study also based upon Black
Swan Data who wants to enter in Switzerland with its SaaS service so that other company get an
advantage to determine the trend among customers. Further, in order to determine whether the
