1. Project Title / Company Name
A new start up business for Wholefoods Café (Fuelling Life Café) inside Gym
2. Project Background
These days fitness has become one of the major goals in people life. In order to stay fit and avoid physical issues lots of
people are going to gym either for gaining weight or losing weight. However, unprofessional die plan is a challenge that
is interrupting their regular life style. The new start up fuelling café is going to operate inside the gym and help people to
keep up with the fitness goals of the clients. Successful project outcome will offer the clients unprocessed, whole and
nutrient dense meal planning followed by bio individuality. The clients will be able to gain more ideas about different diet
plan and fitness goal. In order to give a regular healthy life style this particular café will definitely help the business
owners.
3. Project Purpose
The purpose of the café is to empower existing and new clients by giving them knowledge regarding healthy diet plan
and fitness requirements. It will help them to realize the need of healthy food plan. The other purpose of the café is to
keep on making needful changes in the regular café activities to offer proper diet meal planning to their clients. Apart
from this the project is focused on sharing new ideas and concepts of these kinds of café inside the gym.
4. Industry Overview
The project team is Fueling Life and the activities of the project team are being reviewed by Hexagon. The
project is related to food and healthy beverage serving industry named as wholefood café. The start up
business is wholefood café that is operating inside the gym offers different healthy diet plan to their regular
clients. The café will operate inside a gym and it is the role of the project team members to check out all the
activities and make sure that the assigned activities are all serving accurately or not. Though, the café will be
operating inside the gym but outsiders can also avail food from the café centre. The café will provide healthy,
well balanced and nutritious meal to their consumers based upon the consumer’s preferences. It has been
expected that this food products will help the consumers to lose weight and build muscles.
5. SMART Objectives
Provide at least four SMART objectives for your project / company.
To invest a net budget of $80,000 to establish the café inside the gym To gain a positive 10% of Return on Investment (ROI) within 6 to 7 years To design and develop professional marketing strategies for promoting the café diet plan and other
