b) Discrimination.
It is a human social affair or is a treatment and considerations of making a dusting which is in
favor or against for a person. On the other hand, a person is based on group, class and category to
which the person is belongs in work place. It is find out or understand the things and author. This
focuses on treatment of different category of people work in same place and spicily on the ground
of race, age and gender. On the other side, person is based on different group class and

disability and genetic information is to be provided. The organization is to be provided by each and every
member is equal and helps to improve internal working environment. In addition, internal working

employ. This is to be covering the overall working environment and increase the productivity in work

would show sensitivity to someone whose:
a) Religious practices and beliefs are different from your own.
This is one of the most important parts as per the Law of Religious and Practices. Some changes
are made on the basis of number of people working for an organization. Some time give the
negative impact on overall development or taking new decision inside organization. The role of
religious is part of negative impact on human capital and other law, which is used in internal
working environment. In addition, registered a social activity between spiritual beliefs and
economical noises contribution to higher per capital outgo and development across administrative
