Part A. Performance of Strategies
The first proposed strategy aimed to increase the members to 800 long term members and
expected performance in six months was 72 new members but actually achieved 67 new
members. The second strategy was aimed for increased participation by the local community
members and was expected 16 new members but it achieved 10 new members.
Part B. Current Strategies to Achieve Objectives within Timeframe
These strategies may have achieved the expected targets with the given timeframe of 6
months but performance fell short of proposed objectives. To increase the output better
strategies need to be developed.
Part C. Reasons for Unsatisfactory Performance
The possible reasons for unsatisfactory performance can be:
Lack of strategic analysis.
Lack of PEST analysis.
Poor SWOT analysis.
Lower technological quality.
Poor quality of service provided by the customer service department.

1. Challenges
The Cross Fit endurance must meet the standards and involve the community with effective
communication and better customer service with increased quality of their programs so more
customers are engaged in membership (Medium, 2021).
2. Objectives, Strategies and KPI Achievable or Not?
The objectives are completely achievable but strategies need to be modified and KPI must be
redesigned and time frame should be different for each objective with respect to its nature.

3. Scheduled Time Frame
The scheduled timeframe is completely realistic and performance after 6 months should be
monitored but it can also be decreased to 3 months.
Part E. Refined Objectives, Strategies and KPI
There should be modifications in the objectives like focusing on the skills developments of
staff with improved coaching services. Also communication and training programs must
meet the strategic objectives of Cross Fit. Considering the strategies Cross Fit Endurance
should introduce feedback forums and regularly communicate with the customers so that
their needs and preferences are evaluated better. KPI are needed to be developed with further
performance measurement aspects like increasing the repeat customers and introducing the
customer satisfaction level in the KPI (Terry, 2021).
Refined Objectives
Increase long term members up to 750 at all locations at the end of 2021.
Increase participation from local community to achieve a target of 20 long term
members within 6 months at all locations.
Increase the customer satisfaction level to 90% at the end of 2021.
Refined Strategies
Introduce two new programs within a year to target all age customers.
Convert referrals to long term members by introducing free training sessions.
Improve communication and customer service to effectively increase the percentage
of long term members.
Refined KPI
Achieve minimum 10 new memberships per month.
Within six months convert 80% referrals into full membership.
Achieve 90% customer satisfaction levels.
