INTRODUCTION
Innovative thinking is doing the things in a new way or doing new things altogether is
known as innovative thinking. Innovative thinking can lead the audience to a wrong direction but to
make that right would be calling it creative thinking. Innovative thinking process consist of three
factors which are creativity, implementation and development. Innovative thinking is required to get
the work done with new ideas and new ways to get the work done because with the change in world
the customers are looking for new ways to get there work done because innovative ideas are getting
in more customers than ever which means the company's are making profits. There are different
types of innovative thinking which includes different approaches and techniques which are easily
learnt by anyone so that they can practice them. There are a lot of course which are available for the
people so that they can learn innovation and creativity.
In this study we will be talking about Innovation strategy's, innovation leadership, business
plan, creative thinking, etc so that we can understand what is required for the King Edward Vll
college to improve so that they can expand and become popular and increase there number of
students. They already have innovative methods of teaching, competitive pricing structure and art
facilities of the state. This study is about my opinion as to what changes i would want to get in so
that the college can do better. I will the operations manager at the college and i will put in my best
to get the changes which are very important for the college.

Innovation Review template.
Trends-
King Edward Vll college is not doing bad at all because it has innovative methods of
teaching, art facilities of the state and competitive pricing structure whioch is making the college
do good with what it has. The courses they are offering are modern learning for the students which
are management, human resource, marketing and international business. The trend of the new
courses in this college are up to date and this is what makes this college one of the best in the state.
The college has a strength of 195 students and 25 staff members which is a great strength for a
college which has recently started. King Edward Vll college has come into operation in 2010 and
having this stregth of strudent and staff is very good for any college in just few years. Using
innovative methods for teaching is a very good step taken by the facility and is very much a trend
and that can attract a lot of students to this institute (Dincer, Hacioglu and Yüksel, 2018).

Organisational Culture-
The culture of Melbourne is trying to promote higher studies in there country and the
courses this college has are very trending and are new topics which people want to study. The
facility is playing a major role in promoting this college because they are using methods which asre
innovative so that the students can study more and learn more which is easier for them (Albors-
Garrigos, Igartua and Peiro, 2018). The culture of Melbourne is very good and the people over there
are very much modern and it is one of the biggest cities of the country so the courses which the
students of that area would be looking forward for this kind of studies. The culture has changed and
the organisations want to become more professional when they work so these courses are very
much important.
Techniques and Tools-
There are lot of techniques and tools which are used to increase the innotavtion in the
college and few of them which i would like to suggest as a operational manager are as follows-
Convergence tools-
In this process everyone can speak whatever they feel like so that there is a clarity of work
for the organisation to follow. The mindset for this process is not on ideas which are generating but
rather on the analysis and synthesis on the ideas. Many may think that this method of innovation is
not good but it is very important if innovation is supposed to be got in.
Divergent tools-
In this tool there are new ideas which are put forward and no one can make fun of them and
would be repected by everyone. This is done in a short time span so that the ideas do not have any
boundaries and are easily flowed in the business. In this process anyone can speakd and whatever
they want can be put forward. This way the college operational team will get better ideas as to what
others think and what field the college should be working upon.
Barriers and Risks-
There are high risks in maintaining the innovation methods which are used because
innovation are always new ideas or getting things done in a new way so risks are very high (Zartha
and et.al., 2018). The barriers for innovation are that if people will like the changes which are
coming in and they will accept the changes.
Innovation workplace conditions-
There is already innovation which is being used in the college therefore getting in more
changes in the college will not be a problem because they are used to the changes which have to be
