Hotel Futura
‘Hotel Futura’ is a hospitality establishment that offers food and beverage services.
The organization has a pre-set plan to grow and advance the services of their business
for a period of one year. They have a primary objective increasing the sales of their
services up to 10% before 30 June 201X.
The senior management team will advise all concerned managers that they are
responsible for developing and implementing an operational plan that will deliver this
increase in sales for the hotel.
The business has advised the managers that they must complete an operational plan to
achieve sales growth of 10% and submit this plan for approval before implementing.
Objectives
To increase sales by 10% by 30th June 2017, expand the service provided by including
room services
To acquire through purchase any additional tool or equipment (coffee machine) to be
used by each department to increase the sales
To create additional space for the new equipment. This will be done by reorganizing
fixtures and existing fittings.
To boost the capacity of sales through recruitment of 2 full time staff in the service
department.
To provide foods and beverages that are exceptional and quality service.
