THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
The present plan is developed which includes an online shopping app that enables tablets
and smart phones users for placing their orders conveniently through e-commerce websites. An
effective planning is must for success of project management. It is not easy for converting
strategic plans to goals or actions. There must be good implementation plan that can ensure
successful projects by bridging gaps and providing right type of tactics and turning into
actionable tasks. This document states about new plan of online shopping app that is developed
for users and customers.
Defining project objectives and business goals – The shopping app is prepared for customers in
order to make their experience of online shopping more easy. This app will include proper
categorisation of products ad items on the basis of price, brands, popularity, sale, discount, etc.
Team establishment – When it is decided that shopping app is developed for customers, there is
need for having a new team consisting of skilled and talented employees who have proper
knowledge of software and IT.
Identifying requirements – This plan for shopping app needs conducting market research for
knowing what are the demands and needs of customers. Once it is decided that what products
have to be sold, a thorough analysis of services and applications selling similar products is
examined. E-commerce has wide scope within market and thus, this pp will help in increasing
profits to the company.

Background: In the given case study there are various different types of risk which are present
for Bizops. It is a market leaders for 'green' & sustainable solutions for producing high quality
products. This brd image makes it more necessary for this organisation to make a detailed
analysis of all the risks which are associated with so that they are able to take adequate
preventive measures and reduce negative impact of various risks.
Context: This is related with the basic meaning of risks management plan which is very
essential for reduction and minimization of various different types of risk which are associated
with a particular technological innovation. It is very important to make a detailed evaluation of
various risks and address them at every milestone of the project for successful achievement of
planned objectives.

Current Progress of project: At present, the project is at implementation stage. The
planned activities is executed by team member in order to
develop online shopping app for that assist people to easily
place their orders instead of using e-commerce websites.
Moreover, the budget is estimated by the team member
according to the activities scheduled for the project. In
addition to this, a chart is prepared that involves roles and
responsibilities by considering the skills and capabilities of
team members in a proper manner. Risk management policy
is developed by the leaders so that circumstances arise in
future can easily be deal and handled on time. Furthermore, a
scheduled is made that involves how the trial of the new
application is processed in an effective manner.
Issues Experienced: The issues that was experienced during the project is to
identify the thoughts and perception of people towards new
application. The another issue that is faced by team leaders is
time management as team members is not implement
activities on time which adversely affect on the overall
objective of project. The team members also faced issues
because of their ineffective communication skill due to which
they did not discuss their queries with other members. This
affect on their overall performance and productivity which in
turn affect on the development of new application in a
negative manner.
Recommended reports In order to effectively carried out activities of project, it is

important to maintain records so that no issues arise in future
and work is functioned in a proper manner. The reports that is
needed to kept are:

Ongoing Management Plan The issues is managed by developing risk management plan
that involves identify, source, measure , evaluate, mitigate and
monitor risk as well. The budget is monitored by using
software such as Scoro. This app assist companies to manage
overall budget in a proper manner. The training session is
provided to team members so that they can work in a smooth
manner. In addition to this, it also support stakeholders to
manage project activities in a best and effective manner. This
is to engage them for a long time in order to achieve their
continuous support.
