Houzit is famous as they offers Homeware produces and operates in Brisbane. This
company provides wide range of products such as bathroom, fitting as well as decorative items to
its customers. In this study, analysis of each of the given aspect is mentioned and explained

Strategic direction and Organizational objectives
The Vision and Mission Statement of Houzit explains what are the strategic direction of
this company is and what they want to become in the near future.
Mission
The Mission Statement of Houzit is to increase their marketing activities by matching the
level of growth by offering their products during seasonal demand that takes place next six
months. Promotions are done by Houzit through web-based activities as well as in-store
activities. The Vision Statement of Houzit is to become largest supplier in Homeware products in
and across the world.
