<INTRODUCTION>
Lonsdale institution started in the year 2007 and this was founded on a belief in
student experience. Because of diversity and insight of the team professionals. This
university is having diverse professionals as well as students who come from
different areas in order to have vocational skill based training. This institute is an
innovative educator which believes that an individual must enjoy all things in life
alongwith studying well (Yang and Caughlin, 2017). There are support systems
services and campus environment which offers students a safe and comfortable
place to learn and enhance skills as well as abilities.
<PURPOSE>
Lonsdale university is a social college based in south campus. This organization is
offering full program of inter college competitions fro different students. There are
several indoor and outdoor sports provided within this university. If someone is not
competitive than best facilities provided by this campus are of no use. Main purpose
of this college is to provide all students and staff safe and secure environment.
Also, they need to minimize the use of resources and enhance productivity of the
organization (Cohn and Wardlaw, 2016). In this case, it is considered that this
university want to use the resources in such a way that all the working is to be done
effectively. There is need to manage the accomplishment of all activities and
manage the resources well and develop a good action plan for policies.
<SCOPE>
New policies implemented within organization will help in minimizing resource use and
enhancing the way in which activities as well as tasks are conducted. There is need of
managing success within organization by using the resources wisely. This will help in
minimizing use of toxic materials. All policies are made in relation to less harmful cause to
the environment.

This university wants to manage the resources in such a way that they are utilized
less and organizational activities are accomplished. When there is minimum
utilization of resources, it is easy for the management of this university to reduce
toxic material and hazardous chemical use. Other factors will include life cycle
management approaches that are appropriate for this university to manage the

Solar system for electricity is the proposed plan of
energy conservation. This implementation will lead to
several benefits such as free energy of sun, this will
lead to cost saving of heavy electricity charges. Another
benefit is that sun energy is unlimited source, therefore,
wasting and drilling natural resources, this can be the
great contribution in sustainable development. This
adoption will lead to establishment of good reputation in
society and huge media coverage. This system is also
beneficial in controlling greenhouse gas emissions.
Water Water wise house call program is the proposed plan by the
university in order to save water. This plan is not restricted to
on campus but has its reach off campus also. According to
this system, faculties and other staff members will enjoy
several benefits if they are successful in achieving targets of
this program (Peltier, 2016). They not only need to save
wastage of water but also has to promote rain water
harvesting in campus and off campus too.
Waste Going paperless is the main step in order to monitor
waste management of university. Waste in university is
mainly paper waste, though, it is degradable waste, but
the source of paper i.e. trees are very important, hence
saving paper waste is the ongoing motion. To achieve
this goal, going paperless in academics as well as
administration work is important. This will lead to huge
saving of water and also Introduction to digital world

is important to save paper in this part of organisation.
Hence, digital education system is encouraged (Amadei,
