Explain the concept of self-appraisal and how can it contribute to a performance review.
Self appraisal is very much important activity for organization as well as individual in
evaluating their level of performance by using template or set of questions related to their
performance so that potential outcomes should be achieve. With the help of self appraisal firms
can evaluate the employees performance and their skills set and accordingly provide them
challenging tasks and other benefits (Bautista and Wong, 2019).
Explain the concept of peer appraisal and outline one benefit of peer appraisal.
Peer appraisal refers to the assessment of employees by providing colleagues in
