Strategic management is a very effective processor because it support the organization to
monitor and evaluate about the requirements of the organization in order to accomplish the goals
and objectives in a very effective manner. Modification in the business environment will also
require company to continuously monitor and evaluate their strategies in order to get more
opportunities and develop themselves at the market place (Strydom, 2016) . As this report is
going to study about the Amazon company. Amazon is American multinational Technology
organization that is based in Washington United State. This report is going to evaluate the
structure of the organization and the market position at the market place. Also this report is going
to come there and identify about the innovation and Technology which are adopted by the
company.

Background of the company
Amazon is American multinational technology company which is situated in Washington
United States. This companies founded in 5th of July 1994 by Jeff dissolves. The CEO of
Amazon multinational Organization is Jeff business in May 1996. The headquarter of Amazon is
in Washington United States. This organization is focusing on E-Commerce channel and Cloud
Computing for Digital streaming and artificial intelligence e-technology. The organization has
provided varieties of the product and services in order to satisfy the needs and requirements of
the customer (Irawan and Mahmud, 2017)(Edward and Muturi, 2016). The organization is using
several Strategies and concept in order become more effective and gets more opportunities in
order to age over the competition at the Marketplace. There are several strategies which adopted
by the organization is Porter model and value chain for being such a matrix in order to identify
the competitive advantages and overcome the Threads and challenges which are facing by the
organization . these kind of strategies also help them to find the internal and external factors
which create impact on the organization and help them to evaluate the strength and opportunities
for the organization. Organisation is operating in several countries and the creative and amended
concept which is adopted by the organisation in order to solve the problem is associated with the
Amazon operations.
